Condition Monitoring

Prediction of engine failure or any mechanical equipment.

With Monitors (Beacons) in each engine or equipment, normal behavior is periodically recorded on servers and failures or required services can be anticipated.

Condition monitoring throughout

BEEK's headlights (Industrial BLE Headlights) collect historical vibration and establish a movement footprint for each motor or mechanism individually. These traces are collected during a short period of time where the monitored asset is operated normally and runs during all possible phases of operation. (Example: Motor on/off at low/high speed, etc.)

Recognizing the patterns

Bluvision condition monitoring is based on multiple events and not just when an anomaly is detected. While evaluating the new RMS and peak-to-peak values against the pre-trained scenario, policies and alerts can be created to:

When the actual motion of a motor is different from its footprint

Alarms are created for when the value exceeds the modeled values.

When the level of movement increases in trend over time

Alerts are created when the trend exceeds the values over time.

How do we do it differently?

The Bluvision solution, in addition to being independent of the equipment, requires minimal hardware: sensor beacons to be mounted on the equipment and BluFi - Wifi gateways. Each gateway can manage hundreds of sensor beacons at the same time.

Our Bluzone cloud enables user-defined and fleet management alerts so users can check the status and health of thousands of beacons at the same time.
